Red Cornerstone Governance and Business Solutions is really just me ~ Libby Feez ~ working from Gumbayngirr Country, Coffs Harbour, NSW. I’m here to encourage better governance, build real capability and create your documentation and compliance.

As the owner of the business, my work is grounded in decades of hands-on experience across governance, training, media, and community development. With over 40 years in media, more than 20 years in vocational education and training, and 10 years in Board Governance,
I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach shaped by real-world lessons ~ not just theory.
 

As a community-minded person, I founded Red Cornerstone to offer practical support to community groups, Aboriginal and new-arrival organisations, not-for-profits, and small businesses as they navigate governance, compliance, and growth. We break down complex requirements into clear, achievable steps that fit each organisation’s purpose and community.

Our job is to build your compliance systems, so you can hand off the admin and get back to focusing on what matters most to your organisation.

In the last 7 years, I have had the privilege of working with the NSW Aboriginal Land Council and the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute—delivering governance training, developing practical resources, and supporting leadership in communities.

 

Closer to home, I’ve rolled up my sleeves on boards and committees like the Bellingen Readers & Writers Festival, Short Sharp Film Festival, and Coffs Coast Training and Education Association. These experiences keep me grounded in community and remind me why practical, real-world support matters.
